Revolutionary Wealth

In REVOLUTIONARY WEALTH, business futurologists Alvin and Heidi Toffler continue the visionary work begun by Toffler in his 1970 best seller, FUTURE SHOCK. They acknowledge that, at first, the economy looks overly busy, fast-moving and threatening; and they are they are especially concerned that institutions, which once anchored societies, are overwhelmed. Reading the signs is their business, however, and what the Tofflers see is a time of change and opportunity. They offer new ways of defining and measuring wealth, identifying lifestyles and behaviors that actually generate wealth within a community. They evaluate the viability of wealth systems such as the U.S. and China, and find the prospects for both to be far less than gloomy.
